Banff Trip

My cousin from Ontario was in town and we took her to Banff today. Haven't seen her in too many years and it was a nice day with my uncle and parental units walking around Banff. Here are some pictures of today's visit.

Growing up, apparently Rod had asked Al to paint a picture for him. This is the picture he did. Finally got a picture - not that great but it will do for now.

Davisburg Church & Cemetery

One of my subjects this year, besides Lucy, will be churches. Not sure what my fascination with them is, but I like taking pictures of them. Unfortunately with the Davisburg Church I could not get close enough unless I jumped the fence and I didn't think that was appropriate. So here are my pictures from outside the fence. I would have also liked to get a few pictures from the interior but that was a no go. This church was built in 1889.
