Gluten Free Cake

Found this recipe so thought I'd give it a try. It is the Best Ever Chocolate Cake, made without flour. Instead I used quinoa. Cake turned out pretty good for my first try. Only thing I'd do next time is soak the quinoa overnight to ensure it was completely moist.

Icing was made from two ingredients - dark chocolate chips and coconut milk.
